Company overview
Regaal Resources manufactures native and modified maize starch and value-added food starches, with co-products such as germ, fiber, gluten and maize steep liquor.
Its wet-milling facility sits on 54.03 acres in Kishanganj, Bihar, with 750 TPD installed crushing capacity, zero-liquid-discharge infrastructure and total maize storage of about 65,000 tonnes (four 10,000-MT silos plus warehouses). As of FY25 close, it reported 469 employees and 261 customers.

The ₹306 crore main-board IPO comprised a ₹210 crore fresh issue and a ₹96 crore offer for sale, priced in a ₹96–₹102 band with a lot size of 144 shares (retail entry at ₹14,688 at the upper band). Lead managers were Pantomath Capital Advisors and Sumedha Fiscal Services; registrar was MUFG Intime India. The issue ran August 12–14, allotment was finalized August 18, and listing was August 20.
Final subscription stood at 159.88x overall: QIB 190.97x, NII 356.73x, retail 57.75x.
On August 11, the company placed 8,999,856 shares with anchors at ₹102, totaling roughly ₹92 crore.
Use of proceeds includes repayment/prepayment of about ₹159 crore of borrowings; the balance is for general corporate purposes. Post-issue public holding is shown at about 29.55 percent (implying promoters around 70.45 percent).
